We will review your work and get back to you with an offer based on what we believe your artistic style can bring to our products, as well as our current project needs and budget.
Please make sure to read the Artist Program at the bottom of this page to fully understand the rules, requirements, and expectations of this partnership.
Your work will never be copied, reproduced, or used without your permission. We are completely comfortable reviewing portfolios that contain watermarks, as long as we are able to evaluate your artistic style and capabilities.
The purpose of this program is simple: we are artists ourselves. We understand that different artistic styles can complement different projects, and we love art enough that we want to showcase as many talented artists as possible.

Artist Partnership Program
Hello and welcome, fellow artists!
We are excited to offer a great opportunity for artists to showcase their work while getting paid for it. We currently offer two compensation structures, as well as artist recognition for those who wish to be credited for their creations.
Compensation Options
Revenue Sharing – Earn a percentage of every product sold featuring your artwork.
Upfront Payment – Receive a one-time payment based on a mutually agreed-upon rate for your artwork.
Before applying, please review the following requirements:
1. No AI-Generated Artwork
While we embrace technology and innovation in product development, we do not accept AI-generated artwork. We want our products to feature artwork that is original, meaningful, and created through genuine artistic expression. AI-generated art does not align with the vision we have for our brand.
2. Commercial Rights
Because we assume all liability for the products we manufacture and sell, any agreement entered into will require the transfer or licensing of the necessary commercial rights for the artwork.
3. Sketches and Work-in-Progress Submissions
We require artists to provide multiple sketches or work-in-progress images throughout the creation process. This helps verify that the artwork is original and ensures that both parties remain aligned on the direction and final outcome of the project.
4. Revisions
We may require a few revisions if the artwork does not meet our standards or the requirements outlined in the agreement.
5. Payment Timing
If you choose a one-time payment, you will receive your payout immediately upon completion and approval of the work. If you choose the revenue-sharing option, your payout will be issued at the beginning of every month.
You will also be able to check in at any time to see how much you have earned so far.
6. Exclusivity
Whatever final product we agree upon will be considered a Nerd Niches partnership exclusive. If you use, resell, or license the artwork elsewhere without our approval, we may immediately terminate your monthly payouts. If you were paid upfront, we may require repayment of the amount paid under the terms of the agreement.
If you wish to retain the right to sell your artwork elsewhere, you may discuss alternative arrangements with us beforehand. We may choose to remove the artwork from our site and grant permission for you to do so.
7. Content Restrictions
If any of the following are included in the initial draft, we may cancel the project immediately:
- Hate speech
- Illegal activities
- Offensive or discriminatory content
8. Quality Standards
Artwork must be submitted in the requested resolution, file format, and quality standards specified for the project.
9. Right to Reject
We reserve the right to decline any submission that does not meet our artistic, technical, or brand standards.
10. Artist Credit
You will be credited with your name, a link to any social media account of your choice, and a storyline describing the inspiration behind the piece.
If you prefer not to participate in the credit process, that is completely fine. We may create a general story about the artwork on your behalf, and your name will not be displayed.
11. Revenue Share Duration
If you choose the revenue-sharing option, payments will continue for as long as the product remains available on our website. Once the product has been discontinued, revenue-sharing payments will end.
We want our artists to earn alongside us and continue developing their talents.
12. Chargebacks and Refunds
If a product is returned or refunded, the associated revenue share will be deducted from the next payment cycle. If the adjustment results in a negative balance, the amount will be carried forward and deducted from future sales until the balance has been recovered.
You will never be required to pay us out of pocket for refunds or chargebacks.
13. AI Training Restriction
Artwork submitted to us will not be used for AI training.
14. Communication Expectations
Artists selected for projects are expected to respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe to help keep projects on schedule.
